We've been blending these spices for years at Holly Hill Inn for roast pork and pork chops. When we opened Windy Corner Market in 2010, we found the recipe was perfect for our slow-smoked local pork roasts, chicken and roast beef. This balanced rub is a superpower on the grill, in the oven or on my favorite old cast iron skillet! Try Super Spice on fresh fish and seared sea scallops too!
